A view of the hall when it is set up with long tables.  The area covered by the curtain and plants in the upper left of the picture is recessed, and is typically used for the head table.

For smaller gatherings, it may be useful to set up the hall using round tables.  This provides more room for moving around, as well as additional options for the overall layout.
